In 1992, an Indian doctor named Dr. Reddy sketched a revolutionary condom design based on the idea that sex is supposed to feel good, even if you're wearing a condom. The condom industry is still seeing the effects of this radical change in condom design with a host of hot new condoms designed, all designed by the same guy!
In the 1990's condoms were sold like parachutes and seatbelts, with phrases like "you wouldn't jump out of a plane without a parachute, why have sex without a condom". And while these scare tactics may work on young first time users, it does little for the reputation of the almighty condom and the safe sex industry as a whole. By admitting that condoms don't feel good, and are just used as safety devices, condom manufacturers were missing out on a huge idea, that CONDOMS DON'T NEED TO FEEL BAD!

This is where Dr. Reddy comes in! He had the idea that condoms don't need to be marketed like safety products, but instead can be used like sex toys, and actually may make sex feel better in certain cases. That they protect from disease and unwanted pregnancy can just be the bonus! The first revolutionary design to come out was the Pleasure Plus condom. This condom had a large latex sack on the underside of the condom. The idea was that the extra latex would gather and rub on the sensitive underside part of the penis, increasing friction, and tingling the nerve endings like nothing else. And since the idea was to use the latex for sensation, and not "feel through" the condom, which the old thinking required, the condoms could actually be a little thicker, and thus safer for rough play. The result was fantastic and magazines from Cosmo to Mens Health rated the Pleasure Plus condom as the greatest feeling condom of all time. We agree!!! (Advanced Tip: Put a drop of lube in the inside of the condom to really kick it up a notch!)

But, Dr. Reddy wasn't about to be satisfied. He wanted to improve on his design. So a few years later he invented an even better condom, the Inspiral. The goal of the Inspiral was to create the same friction as the Pleasure Plus, but with the extra pouch going all the way around the super sensitive head of the penis. So while the Insipral looks like a soft serve ice cream cone, the feeling was the best of any condom ever made.
A few years down the road, Dr Reddy then improved his design even more, by developing the Twisted Pleasure for Trojan Condoms, the largest condom company in the US.
So there it is, one man, three condoms, and the safe sex industry has never been the same since. Condoms are now marketed as sex toys, as sexual accessories than can actually make sex feel good! Thank goodness for Dr. Reddy!!!
